Wastewater Operator Trainee:

The Musconetcong Sewerage Authority is seeking qualified candidates for the full – time position of wastewater operator. The successful candidate will begin as an Operator Trainee and once they successfully complete the training can be promoted to Operator.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to operation and maintenance of various equipment, pumps, motors, controls, valves, etc.

Daily Tasks consist of sampling & analysis of wastewater and sludge, record keeping, data collection and review, data calculating, inspections, housekeeping, and landscaping.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess a High School Diploma and a valid NJ driver's license. Candidates must be proficient in math, reading and writing and must be able to communicate effectively.
